Great opportunity to work with the fantastic teams between AdLiven, EA, and Opposite Visuals. My role included direction, production, team management, and art direction for the PC launch trailer for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. I'm grateful for all the extremely talented artists that collaborated on this production, and for the amazing team at EA Mobile for their trust and feedback. We explored multiple paths on how to handle this trailer, and focused on cinematic shots, gameplay footage, and straight-forward copy. Production used in-game assets between GoH and Battlefront 2, with a full lookdev pass to increase quality. Animation was done in Maya, with all FX, assembly, and rendering handled in Houdini. Compositing was split between Nuke and After Effects.
